Jodi Marchesso holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Dakota and a Doctoral degree in Education from William Howard Taft University in Colorado.Her credentials include a single subject Biological Sciences Credential and a Preliminary Administrative Services credential from the State of California. Jodi has Biology, Chemistry and Physics to students in grades 7-12. Currently, she is the STEM Specialist for the Pasadena Unified School District. Jodi has led the district through the transition and implementation of the Next Generation Science Standards by providing intense professional development and job-embedded coaching for all science teachers, K-12. She also oversees the implementation of the California Healthy Youth Act and coordinated the recent pilot and adoption of K-5 History/Social Science materials.
