Adjunct Faculty and Alumae Pacific Oaks College, School of Education

Professor Washington completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development with a specialization in Management and Administration at California State University Dominguez Hills, and her Masters of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in Trauma at Pacific Oaks College.

Professor Washington recently joined the Pacific Oaks College as an adjunct faculty for the Early Childhood Education and would like to become a continued inspiration and mentor for students to achieve their goals, while creating an avenue for them to author their voice through relational and meaningful knowledge they have obtained within the program.

Professor Washington has continued her passion of cross cultural diversity integration platforms, discussing how the effects of trauma in our childhood experiences creates barriers that can be overcome in adults, and the values of Pacific Oaks College respect, diversity, social justice, and inclusion
